Your assessment answers stay on your device

When you take the assessment, your answers are saved in your own browser's local storage. They are not sent to a Stackly server, because there is no Stackly account system or answer database to send them to. Your report is generated in your browser from those saved answers.

Two practical consequences worth knowing: your results will not follow you to another device or browser, and clearing your browser data (or using the Retake button) erases them permanently. We cannot recover them for you, because we never had them.

If you share a device with other people, remember that anyone using the same browser profile can open your report.

What is actually stored in your browser

Stackly writes a small number of items to local storage. Nothing here is a tracking cookie, and none of it is transmitted to us:

• Your assessment answers, so you can leave and come back without starting over
• Which step of the assessment you reached
• Whether you ticked the consent box on the intro screen
• Your language choice (English or Thai) and your currency choice (THB or USD)

Health questions, and why they are optional

Some questions touch on sensitive matters: pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication, ongoing conditions, allergies, and diagnosed deficiencies. We ask them for one reason only - so the site can show you a safety notice instead of casually suggesting reading material that may not fit your situation.

Every one of those questions is optional, and you can pick "prefer not to say". Skipping them does not block your report. Since the answers stay in your browser, declining to answer costs you nothing in privacy terms either - it simply means the safety notice may not appear when it should.

No account, no email list

You do not need to register to use Stackly. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to show you a report, and we do not build a marketing list out of assessment users.

If you email us directly, we will of course have your email address and whatever you wrote - we keep that only as long as needed to reply and to fix whatever you told us about.

Hosting, retailers, and other companies

The site is served by a hosting provider, which like all web hosts processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and to keep the service running and secure. That is infrastructure logging, not profiling by us.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.

When you follow a link to a retailer, you leave Stackly and that retailer's own privacy policy applies to everything you do there, including any affiliate tracking they run. We never pass your assessment answers to a retailer, a brand, or an advertiser - we do not have them to pass on.

How to delete everything

Because your data lives in your browser, you are the one holding the delete button. Use the "Retake assessment" button on the results page, or clear site data for this site in your browser settings. Either removes your answers immediately and completely.

You can also browse the whole site without ever taking the assessment - nutrient guides, product pages, and articles do not require any answers.

Stackly is written for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children - and structurally we collect very little from anyone.

If we ever add something that genuinely collects personal data - accounts, saved reports across devices, analytics, or a newsletter - we will update this page and say plainly what changed and why, rather than quietly widening a sentence.
